Our service is fully mobile: meet our notary and have your documents notarised anywhere and at almost any time. We’ve assisted clients at offices, homes, hospitals, beaches, prisons and even film sets.

We can notarise documents at your office or home. Your notary will arrive with all required stamps, seals and equipment, and can take payment via a portable card machine. You’ll receive a receipt and your invoice by email.
Common mobile notarisation requests include: consent to travel letters, powers of attorney, affidavits/statutory declarations, witnessing signatures, degree and certificate attestations, and certified copies of passports and proof of address (driving licence, bank statement, council tax bill), plus medical certificates.
Need to use documents overseas? We can arrange legalisation with an apostille from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), then deliver the completed documents to your home or office.
